Blues in The Park Godalming

Fans came out in great numbers to support COL in this their second appearance at the acclaimed annual Music in the Park event organised by the local GO Godalming Association. The band was sponsored by Neale at Farncombe music venue Scratchers - the lads' true home where they park their souls when they're not touring. No thunder and lightning this year which made for a less terrifying event with all the electrifying coming from a spiffing performance on stage. Ferric Eric came into his own as he MC'd between numbers by cajoling those fans who took to the adjoining graveyard or who were forced by the sheer numbers to take the penny seats on the grass behind the bandstand.
